The WELCOME WAGON® trademark (the "MARK") is to be used for commercial purposes by
others ONLY if Welcome Wagon International Inc. (the "Company") specifically authorizes
that use in a written permission signed by an authorized officer of the Company.

tends to dilute the value or distinctiveness of the MARK or the goodwill associated with
the MARK.

In addition to its status and function as a registered trademark,
the WELCOME WAGON® name is also a business trade name; it is the legal name of the
Company:Welcome Wagon International Inc. This is the appropriate way to refer to the
Company - i.e., use of the full name of the Company.
The above rules apply to the MARK in all of its forms, and whether used alone, as part of a
logo or design, or otherwise.
