Access Your Data to Create a Follow-Up Mail Campaign
Your Gift Book sponsorship opens up a door for you with each new homebuyer who receives it. To promote optimal response from these primed prospects, we encourage our partners to follow up with a one-on-one direct mail campaign.
Each month, for a small fee, Welcome Wagon can mail you a list of all the new homeowners who have received a Gift Book that you are sponsoring. You can use these lists to create mail-merged labels, envelopes and personalized letters. If you are receiving your lists by email, you might need some help to access and use the attachment. The simple step-by-step instruction documents below will show you how to download your data lists from your email and import them into popular software programs to implement your follow-up strategy.

Distribution List Download Help
Downloading New Homeowner Data from Email Applications - detailed instructions on how to download your distribution list attachments from various email service providers including Hotmail, MSN, Yahoo, AOL, Microsoft Outlook and others.

Use Your Lists to Create Labels, Envelopes and Personalized Letters
Welcome Wagon emails your new homeowner data in two different formats. One is called a text (.txt) file and the other is called a comma-delimited (.csv) file. Both files contain the same data. Following are documents for each type of file, with detailed instructions on how to open each one in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access and how to use the data to do a mail-merge to create form letters, labels and envelopes.
